No Guarantees

• Promotions or job offers

• Financial results

Results depend on your individual implementation, experience, consistency, and market conditions.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

• Failure to complete payments may result in paused or terminated services.

Refund Policy

• Digital products are non-refundable due to immediate access.

• Completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.

• Dissatisfaction with recommendations or outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Rescheduling & No-Shows

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

• No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.

• Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Milah Grace Co.

Scope of Services

Services are limited to those specifically described within the purchased package.

Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement, additional invoice, or add-on purchase.

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, templates, worksheets, documents, educational materials, and strategic models remain the intellectual property of Milah Grace Co.

Materials are provided for your personal or internal business use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Milah Grace Co. shall not be liable for:

• Business losses

• Missed opportunities

• Employment outcomes

• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service purchased.

Confidentiality

Information shared during consulting engagements will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.
